Terms and Condition for SEO Services
- Jerin John will take the credits of Search Engine Optimization done on your website
- To provide unhindered SEO services, we need to have complete access to FTP details, CMS Details and Server Stats of the website.
- Search Engine Algorithms are dynamic and are changing, so we cannot guarantee the constancy of deliverables.
- SEO will take 6 to 8 months to reflect the targeted results and Jerin John wouldn’t be responsible for the non-performance of the website during this time period.
- Jerin John wouldn’t be responsible for the non-performance of the website due to change in search engine algorithms
- When asked for client feedback, reply is expected within 2 to 3 business days. As this will help us fasten the process. If any loss happens due to the late reply, I wouldn’t be responsible.
- Keywords are finalised at the start of the project, and any recommendation for the changes are not entertained and covered under performance review. However, the site may rank for other keywords that are not selected.
- WordPress and HTML platforms are SEO friendly, while Wix is not. So results may vary.
- When Jerin John or his designer is working in the website, no third parties should work on the website without prior permission, and if any such unlawful incident happens, and it affects search engine rankings, Jerin John wouldn’t be held responsible.
- I wouldn’t be responsible for the overwriting of the SEO work by the client to the Website such as making any modification or uploading or modifying work already provided/optimized).
- Either party has the right to terminate the services at any time with a prior notice of one month explaining the reason for termination. In the case of such termination the client should pay only for the service provided till the date and the expenditure incurred with the client’s approval.
- Payment has to be made advance for the EO service within the invoice date
- Taxes as applicable for all the payments made in Indian Rupees
- Client has to provide unlimited access to website traffic for analysis and tracking purposes
- We have the right to use client’s and website’s name, logo of the website, pictures, content, trademarks, for any use as needed by me.
- I have the sole right to revise the Terms & conditions without prior notification as and when necessary.
- Under no circumstances shall the consultant be liable to the client or any third party for re-procurement costs, lost profits, business interruptions, loss of use, incidental or consequential damages, loss of investments, anticipated savings, capital costs, extra administrative costs, loss of customers, or loss of goodwill or reputation. This limitation applies whether the damages are due to negligence, fault, error, omission, act, or breach by the Consultant, its employees, or contractors. The Consultant’s total liability under the law for contract performance is capped at the value of one month’s invoiced SEO fees.
- The Client is liable to guarantee that any text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to the Consultant for displaying on the website are owned by the Client or the Client has permission from the rightful owner(s) to use these elements in the website. The Client should agree to, protect, and defend the Consultant from any liability or legal action arising from the use of such elements.
- While we strive to deliver the best services, jerinjohn.in does not guarantee specific results and shall not be held responsible for circumstances outside our control, such as the client overwriting SEO work on the website.
- jerinjohn.in has no control over the policies of search engines and the types of content they accept now or in the future. So if the Client’s website gets excluded from or denied listing in any directory or search engine at any time would be at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- Search engine algorithms are dynamic thus the Consultant cannot guarantee ranking positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term, as mutually agreed between both parties.
- Linking to spammy websites can potentially harm the SEO efforts. If the client decided to link to such flagged websites, without the prior consultation from the Consultant, Jerin John wouldn’t be held responsible for the same.
